As always, Rick put on a great show.
I love going to concerts, and this is my online scrapbook of the shows that I have seen over the years.

Opening Band: Rubygrass
>I had never heard either one of these bands before. Rubygrass is an unsigned band from Chicago, and I was very impressed with their performance. Sadly, they announced that this was their very last performance as a band.

Quiet Riot
Empress Casino
Joliet, IL
Opening Band - None
I used to have to drive by the Empress every day on my way to work. One day, I was driving by and saw "Quiet Riot Coming Soon" flashing on the sign. I was so excited!
This was one of the best shows that I have ever seen! We were right up front for this one, and the band interacted with the crowd a lot. Small clubs are an awesome place to see a show, and QR rocked the place. Met Rudy Sarzo, Kevin DuBrow, Carlos Cavazo, and Frankie Banali after the show.

Another pic of Rudy. Wonder where he got that pretty red scarf?

Ricky Martin
United Center
Chicago, IL
Opening Band - Jessica Simpson
Yes, I went to see Ricky shake his bon-bon! Ever since my first trip to Cancun, I have had an appreciation for Latin music. I had never heard of Jessica Simpson before, but was impressed with her performance.

Opening Band - Mötley Crüe
I have been a Scorpions fan since the early 80's, and finally had a chance to see them live!

Rick Springfield
Frontier Days
Arlington Heights, IL
Opening Band - None
I was on cloud 9 for weeks after this show! Rick put on a fabulous performance, and his interaction with the crowd was impressive. To top it all off, I got to meet him after the show!

Poison, Ratt, Great White, and LA Guns
World Music Theater
Tinley Park, IL
We had pretty awesome seats (17th row) and this concert really rocked! We had backstage passes, but the only person who came out was Ricky Rockett...bummer!

Mötley Crüe
LaCrosse Center
LaCrosse, WI
Opening Band - Whitesnake
The coolest part of this show was when they lifted Tommy Lee's drum cage up and started twirling it around! This was back in the days of general admission, and we were very close to the stage for Whitesnake (I loved those guys...especially Rudy Sarzo!) By the time Mötley Crüe was getting ready to go onstage, it was too crazy up front and we wound up moving a lot farther back>
Here's a very bad pic of a very blonde Rudy Sarzo...
These are the shows that we have been to that have been caught on CD or DVD :) Maybe you will see us dancing...but most likely, you will hear us yelling and whistling :)
