The concert that never was. This really sucked! We took the kids to Indiana Beach for vacation, and found out that Lenny was going to be playing in Indianapolis...plus lawn tickets were buy one get one free. Since we were looking for something to do that night, we decided it would be fun. The opening band (Abandoned Pools) played and were not that good. Pink was supposed to play, followed by Lenny. All of Pink's equipment was set up, and they dropped down her banner as a backdrop and the crowd cheered. A few minutes later, some guy came out and said that he had really bad news...Lenny had a sore throat and wasn't going to perform. Everyone was pretty ticked. Pink never did play either. On top of it all, it took over 2 hours to get out of the parking lot!!!
